zBuys Return Policy: 

*** zBuys adheres to the Amazon Return Policy - Holiday purchases may be returned up to January 31st.

The Satisfaction Guarantee: Your complete satisfaction is very important to us so we offer a 30 day return policy on all products we sell. (please note - this is extended to January 31st for holiday purchases)

All returns must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number from zBuys requested through Amazon. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee a refund, as all returns are subject to inspection.

Outbound handling charges are not refundable in the event of a return. Therefore, refunds for all orders will be less our actual outbound handling charges.  

We recommend you send your return via a traceable service such as parcel post with delivery confirmation or UPS and insure it for your own protection as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Be sure to maintain a copy of any tracking numbers in your records in case you need to contact us.

Restocking Fees: A few select items may incur a restocking fee of 20% upon return.

Late Returns:

We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received the item.  Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund. 

Important Notes:

All returns must be approved prior to return. Returned product must have a valid RMA number written on the shipping label. Return shipments without valid RMA numbers will be rejected. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges to distribution network. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return. Fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Return eligibility is for single purchase of product only.
