Q: How do I return a product?
A: zBuys is made up of thousands of products from hundreds of different merchants. Each product page displays a Return Policy at the bottom of the page. Although most merchants offer at least a 30-day return, it is recommended that you read each return policy, and click through to the merchant site to feel comfortable with their policies.
Q: How long has zBuys been in business?
A: zBuys has been in e-commerce since February of 2000. After nearly 16 years of helping online shoppers, we have developed what we believe to be the best concept for finding what shoppers may be looking for. Our philosophy is to be diverse, and offer an authority within each product category, by showing all makes, models, colors, sizes and shapes.
